SUMMARY:!!BCDC 2022 Reorganization Meeting!! (June 2022)
DESCRIPTION:The focus of this month’s meeting is COMMITTEE REORGANIZATION! We’ll be welcoming newly elected Precinct Committeepersons (PCPs)\, who will vote for the next Executive Board. This meeting had to be rescheduled due to delayed certification by the counties (and then availability of our meeting space)\, thus the non-typical Tuesday date for the meeting. \n***Voting members (elected PCPs) are strongly encouraged to attend*** Any elected PCPs who are unable to attend\, may send a Proxy to participate in the election. Proxies must bring a simple signed letter (including a signature from the elected PCP and the proxy). All proxies must ALSO reside in the voting precinct represented by the elected PCP. If you have ANY questions or concerns\, please feel free to reach out to the current eBoard by writing bethlehemdems@gmail.com or calling Mark Moss (our treasurer) at 610-533-4506. \nThe agenda for the meeting includes some important notes about how the election must be run\, who is entitled to vote\, and how nominations will be accepted. You’re encouraged to view that document HERE in advance of the meeting. \nRefreshments will be provided\, and all attendees are welcome to bring a snack to share. \nThe floor will be opened for comments from any candidates and elected officials in attendance.
